Daehoon Jung has extensive experience in customer success and sales management within the marketing industry, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success for Korea at AppsFlyer since April 2018, after progressing through various roles including CSM Team Leader and Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Vungle from August 2015 to April 2018 as a Sr. Sales Manager and Account Manager, focusing on demand partnerships and campaign performance. Daehoon also worked at InMobi from January 2013 to August 2015 as an Account Manager and Account Strategist, and has held positions in media planning and marketing management at MezzoMedia and Cricket Communications, respectively. Daehoon holds a B.A. in Advertising from Marquette University and has studied journalism and mass communication at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, among other educational pursuits.
