Dikla Aviv has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HRGP Team Lead and HR Growth Partner at AppsFlyer since July 2019. Prior to this role, Dikla was the HR Manager at Madeira Data Solutions from October 2011 to June 2019, where the company specialized in data solutions and related technologies. Earlier positions include Production Planner and HR & Administration Coordinator at Medingo from May 2007 to October 2011, and Educational Officer in the Israel Army from February 2002 to November 2005. Dikla holds two Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Services and Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Haifa, completed between 2006 and 2009.
