Hangga Nuarta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at AppsFlyer since January 2021, Hangga has also held various roles including Business Development at Bertumbuh, Instructor in Google Ads and SEO at both Sailendra Institute and RevoU, and Online Marketing positions at Bukalapak. Previously, Hangga worked at Traveloka, progressing through roles from SEO Intern to Senior SEO Analyst. Early career experience includes a Content Specialist Intern position at PLUS - Platform Usaha Sosial. Academically, Hangga holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Indonesia, an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology, and participated in an exchange program in Business Administration at Chiang Mai University.
