Laetitia Elbaz

Laetitia Elbaz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Laetitia began their career as a Sales Representative at TD Canada Trust in 2002 and later worked as an Information Systems Analyst at Bombardier Aerospace in 2003. In 2004, they joined Paladin Labs as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. From 2006 to 2011, they served as Business Development at Kenes International. Laetitia then transitioned into Salesforce.com Project Manager roles, working at One1 from 2011 to 2013 and later at ServiceWise from 2013 to 2016. Laetitia continued to excel in the Salesforce ecosystem, becoming a Client Site Manager at ServiceWise from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined ClickSoftware as a Business Operations Manager and later became the Director of Business Applications from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they took on the role of Senior Manager, Business Technology at Salesforce. Currently, Laetitia is working at AppsFlyer, where they have held the positions of Head of Business Applications from 2020 to 2021 and currently serves as the Director of Business Applications.

Laetitia Elbaz received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Systems from McGill University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004. In 2015, they obtained certification as a Salesforce.com Certified Administrator.
