Lilach Tibon

Lilach Tibon has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as a Learning Partner at AppsFlyer since November 2021. Prior to this role, Tibon worked at Amdocs for over 14 years, progressing from Learning Project Officer to Learning Manager. Responsibilities included performing needs analysis, managing cross-unit learning programs, establishing learning infrastructure, and advising stakeholders on learning solutions aligned with business strategies. Tibon has expertise in fostering a learning culture, managing learning budgets, and leading teams of learning experts. Earlier career experience includes roles at John Bryce as a Training Coordinator and Administrative Secretary while completing a Bachelor of Science in Life Science at Bar Ilan University.
