Oran Shayer

Oran Shayer currently serves as the AI Research Team Lead at AppsFlyer, where leadership in AI research focuses on creative optimization solutions through advanced computer vision, natural language processing, large language models, and vision-language models since May 2023. Prior to this role, Oran was the Head of Algorithms for Clair Labs, overseeing the development of innovative computer vision algorithms for contactless patient monitoring from August 2018 to April 2023. Oran’s earlier experience includes positions as a Deep Learning Researcher at General Motors, where contributions led to published work at ICLR'18, and a research role at Technion's ISL lab, alongside a background in hardware engineering at Apple and DSP logic design at Intel. Oran holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
