Richard Earnshaw

Richard Earnshaw has extensive experience in client services and solution architecture, currently serving as the Head of Solution Architect Team EMEA & LATAM at AppsFlyer since July 2016. In addition to leading the UK & FR Customer Success Management (CSM) Team, Richard has held various leadership roles at AppsFlyer, including CSM Team Leader and Director of Strategic Accounts. Prior to AppsFlyer, Richard was the Director of Client Services for EMEA at Kochava, where responsibilities included managing European account relationships and representing the company at industry events. Richard's background also includes positions at Somo Ltd as Implementation Manager, TMP Worldwide UK as Ad Operations Director, Absolute Radio as Digital Traffic Manager, and Discovery Networks International as Commercial Traffic and Planning Manager.
