Shaun Malach

Shaun Malach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shaun is currently working as the Technical Support Engineering Lead - Middle East CIS and Germany at AppsFlyer since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Support Engineering Lead - Middle East and CIS at the same company from February 2021 to October 2023. Before joining AppsFlyer, Shaun worked at Bidalgo as a Hands On Solutions Team Leader from October 2018 to March 2020, and as a Professional Services and Senior Solutions Engineer from August 2017 to October 2018. Shaun also has experience in Teradata as a Professional Services, Pre-sales & Support - Mobile CoE from October 2014 to August 2017, at The Academic College of Tel Aviv Yaffo as an Associate Lecturer from October 2014 to August 2017, at Kaltura as a Senior Technical Support Engineer from October 2013 to October 2014, and as a Technical Support Engineer from October 2012 to October 2013. Shaun started their career as a QA Engineer at Matrix from September 2011 to August 2012. Additionally, they have experience as an Independent Business Owner from November 2008 to September 2010 and served as an IDF Officer - Captain in the Israel Defense Forces from August 2004 to October 2008.

Shaun Malach has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Management Information System, with a specialization in Computer Systems Analysis, which was obtained from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo between 2010 and 2013. Shaun then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Information Systems and Services from Tel Aviv University from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Linux from Udemy. Currently, they are attending Product Experts to earn a degree in Product Management, expected to be completed in 2023.
