Wenjun Ai has extensive experience in customer success and management roles, currently serving as RVP Customer Success for the APAC region at AppsFlyer since October 2014, where previous positions included AVP Customer Success for both APAC and GCR, as well as Director of Customer Success for GCR. Prior to AppsFlyer, Wenjun Ai was the Israel Wine Business Department Manager at China Alliance Insurance from February 2012 to October 2014 and worked as a wine consultant at Vitigena International Wine and Spirits Trading Company in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in Vigne-Vin-Terroir-Market Management from ESA, a Master of Science (MSc) in Agronomic Engineering from Université de Tras-Os-Montes e Alto Douro in Portugal, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wine Engineering from Shandong Agricultural University.
