Erick Facure Giaretta

Erick Facure Giaretta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Erick started their career as an intern at GE Power Conversion in 2012. Erick then worked as a summer intern at CSIRO in 2013. In 2015, they became an Electrical Engineer at Tereos, where they worked until 2016. From 2017 to 2021, Erick worked at ONS - Operador Nacional do Sistema Elétrico, initially as a Trainee Engineer and later as a Junior Engineer. Erick then transitioned to Indra Energia as a Middle Office Coordinator from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Safira Holding as a Middle Office Specialist. In 2022, Erick worked as a Price Coordinator at ENGIE Brasil until they became an R/Shiny Developer at Appsilon later that year.

Erick Facure Giaretta has a strong educational background in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Erick completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia - UFU between 2008 and 2014. During this time, they also had the opportunity to participate in an international exchange program at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, where they further enhanced their knowledge in the field.

Erick later pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, which they completed between 2016 and 2018. Their focus during this period was on the application of electrical and computer engineering principles. Additionally, Erick had the opportunity to gain international exposure through another exchange program at Monash University in 2013-2014, where they further expanded their expertise in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
