Marcin Dubel

Marcin Dubel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Marcin is currently working as a Staff Engineer at Appsilon since July 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Software Engineer and Data Science Consultant at Appsilon from June 2019 to August 2022. Marcin also worked as an R Shiny Expert Consultant at Ardigen starting from October 2019.

Furthermore, Marcin has experience as a Lead Data Scientist at Data Value from September 2014 to August 2022. Marcin has also worked at Genentech/Roche as an R+Shiny Senior Developer and R Dev Team Leader from November 2017 to June 2019, where they created genetics analysis Shiny-based applications and served as the lead developer and application architect.

Additionally, Marcin has worked as a Technical Reviewer at Packt from September 2018 to November 2018. Marcin also served as a Data Scientist at Enterprise Risk Services Team, Deloitte Poland from August 2015 to August 2018. Earlier in their career, Marcin worked as an IT Risk & Assurance Team Member at EY from July 2014 to October 2014. Marcin also gained experience as a Student Volunteer at Forum Obywatelskiego Rozwoju from January 2012 to May 2013.

Marcin Dubel completed their Master's degree with distinction in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Uniwersytet Warszawski in 2015. During the same period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Finance from Szkoła Główna Handlowa, Warszawa.
