Pawel Tarnawski

Pawel Tarnawski has diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Pawel is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Appsilon since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Infogain Poland as a Technical Lead and Team Lead from May 2020 to September 2022. During their time there, they were responsible for Java development, recruitment, and knowledge transfer to the engineering team in India.

Before joining Infogain Poland, Pawel worked at Sabre Corporation for several years. Pawel held various roles there, including Team Lead Software Engineer, Senior Software Engineer, Senior Software QA Engineer, Contributor Software QA Engineer, and Associate Software QA Engineer. In these roles, they led cross-functional teams, performed Scrum Master duties, and ensured successful product releases. Pawel also played a key role in test automation and the development of a web testing framework.

Pawel started their career at Comarch as a Software QA Engineer from November 2011 to November 2012.

Pawel Tarnawski earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from AGH University of Krakow, which they attended from 2005 to 2010.
