Puja Ghosh

Puja Ghosh has worked in various roles since 2015. Puja began their career in 2015 as a Project Engineer at Wipro, where they served as an automation engineer for multinational clients and streamlined end-to-end testing for performance improvements. In 2018, they joined Teach For India as a School Team Lead, Fellowship, HR fellow committee and Fellow Advisor. In 2020, they became the Senior Assistant Account Manager at TopHire.co, managing a portfolio of 20+ clients and working on end-to-end recruitment cycle to close various roles. Puja is currently the People Operations Manager at Appsmith, where they are responsible for maintaining internal operations for the entire team and internal hiring.

Puja Ghosh has an educational background of a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from the Institute Of Engineering and Management, which they completed between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended South Point High School in Kolkata, graduating with a High School degree in Science in 2011. In addition, Puja has obtained two certifications, one in Analytics from Google Analytics for Business in January 2018, and one in AdWords Shopping from Google AdWords Certified in January 2018.
