Kaley Trowbridge has extensive experience in sales engineering and customer success, currently serving as a Sales Engineer and Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Appspace since July 2019. In this role, Kaley manages the client experience for 45-50 enterprise accounts, generating over $2 million in annual recurring subscription revenue. Prior to Appspace, Kaley worked as a Technical Service Representative at Alliant Systems, where responsibilities included traveling across North America for implementation and training, solving critical issues for about 200 clients, and conducting one-on-one coaching for new hires. Kaley also interned as a Guerrilla Marketing Captain at The Black Sheep, focusing on strategic marketing initiatives at Texas A&M University. Kaley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas A&M University and has also studied at the Institut catholique de Paris.
