Karl D. has over a decade of experience in customer success and technical support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Appspace since June 2015. Throughout the tenure at Appspace, Karl has advanced through several roles, including Senior Manager, Customer Success; Customer Success Team Lead; and Customer Success Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and expertise in customer relations. Prior to Appspace, Karl held various positions at VeriFone from November 2011 to May 2015, culminating in the role of Technical Support Team Lead. Educationally, Karl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computing from Canterbury Christ Church University, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
