Sarah Ebear

Sarah Ebear is an accomplished Executive Assistant with extensive experience supporting senior executives across various industries, including technology and manufacturing. Currently serving as Executive Assistant to the CEO & President at Appspace since September 2025, Sarah provides critical cross-functional integration support and coordinates international travel to align with leadership strategies. Previously, at Igloo Software, Sarah partnered with four executives, enhancing operational efficiency and communication. Earlier roles included supporting a technical CEO at HeitechSoft, managing payroll data for thousands of employees at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, and working in various contract positions focused on payroll and administration.
