David Kelly

David Kelly is the GM of Originals at AppSumo. Prior to this, they were the marketing leader at Student Loan Hero, where they grew email marketing 4x over two years. Student Loan Hero was acquired by LendingTree for $60 million in July 2018. David has also worked as an executive coach and full-time copywriter & customer/market researcher. David began their career as a product manager at Fox Corporation.

David Kelly has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Management from Syracuse University, with a minor in Business Management Studies. David also has a degree in International Business, Marketing, and Technology Investing from the University of London, and a degree in International Business, Marketing, and Spanish from Instituto Internacional. Additionally, they have certification from Microsoft in Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center, as well as certification from CompTIA in A+ Essentials and A+ IT Technicians.

They are on a team with Kevin Zhou - VP, Finance, Olman Quesada - Head of Partnerships, and Chad Boyda - Chief Technology Officer. Their manager is Noah Kagan, CEO.
