Cesar Forero is a seasoned IT leader with over 20 years of experience specializing in OLTP database administration, service reliability engineering, and cloud services, particularly in AWS and Azure. Currently serving as DevOps Lead at Apptega, they design and support AWS architectures while implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. Previously, Cesar directed databases, infrastructure, and security at Emida Technologies, where they successfully migrated critical services to the cloud and enhanced operational stability. They also hold degrees in Systems Engineering, IT Management, and Information Security from various Colombian universities.
