Brian Keane

Mr. Keane has more than 30 years of experience structuring strategic transactions as both an investment banker and senior technology executive. He was a managing director at Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley and founded two independent boutique investment banks. As the EVP of Corporate Development and Strategy for Aether Systems, he negotiated and consummated more than a dozen acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships. He has an AB degree in Mathematics and history from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
