Florian Lux

Florian Lux is a Speech Technology Scientist at AppTek.ai, focusing on neural speech synthesis that is fast, robust, and highly controllable. Florian's research aims to make speech technologies accessible in multiple languages and includes contributions to deepfake detection, voice privacy, and literary studies through the open-source system IMS Toucan. Florian previously served as a Doctoral Candidate at Universität Stuttgart, where they continued their exploration of machine learning. They hold a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science, both from Universität Stuttgart.
