Andy Rock

Andy Rock has extensive experience in incentive compensation and financial analysis across multiple companies. Currently serving as Sr. Incentive Compensation Manager at Apptio, an IBM Company, since April 2018, Andy has previously held the roles of Incentive Compensation Manager and Analyst. Prior to Apptio, Andy worked at Microsoft as a Business Financial Analyst focused on compensation, overseeing incentive plans for approximately 600 sales personnel. Andy's earlier experience includes positions at Trinity Glass International as a Cost Analyst, Pacific Coast Feather Company as a Customer Account Analyst, and Radiant Asset Management as a Financial Analyst. Andy began the professional journey with internships at Concur Technologies and Holland America Line. Andy holds an MBA from the University of Mississippi and a BA in Finance from UW Foster School of Business.
