Ben Zhou

Ben Zhou is an accomplished engineering leader with a robust background in software development and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Apptio, an IBM Company, since February 2020, Ben previously held positions at Amazon Web Services from 2018 to 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the Cost Explorer public API and related teams. At Amazon, from 2017 to 2018, Ben managed engineering efforts in the Customer and Brand Protection organization. Ben's early career includes significant roles at Triton Digital, spanning nearly a decade, culminating in the position of Director of Engineering. Ben's academic credentials feature a Master's degree in Information Systems from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Ocean University.
