Jay Wanek

Jay Wanek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution consulting and pre-sales management. Currently serving as Regional VP of Pre-Sales and previously as Principal Consultant at Apptio since December 2010, Jay has led various solution consulting efforts for the Americas - East. Also a FinOps Certified Practitioner with the FinOps Foundation since April 2020, Jay's earlier tenure at HP from 1995 to December 2010 included roles such as CME Presales District Lead and Business Technology Partner, focusing on software solutions for corporate accounts. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
