Keane Riley

Keane Riley is a Product Designer I at Apptio, an IBM Company, with extensive experience in customer success and technical account management. In this role, Keane guides customers in optimizing cloud resource management through Cloudability, focusing on their use cases and desired outcomes. Previously, Keane served as an Implementation Analyst, creating complex data-driven models using Apptio’s product suite to enhance IT finance visibility. Following Apptio’s acquisition of Cloudability, Keane worked as an Onboarding Specialist, driving customer adoption of Cloudability’s capabilities. Earlier roles include a Customer Service position at QFC and a UX Designer/Researcher position at Amazon, where Keane designed automation interfaces to improve Seller experience. Keane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington.
