Levi Shaffer

Levi Shaffer possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and engineering, currently serving as a QA Engineer at Apptio, an IBM Company, since September 2023. Previously, Levi worked at Bardavon Health Innovations for eight years, where responsibilities included communicating testing results for Salesforce Health Cloud CRM and providing application support for EMR systems. Levi also contributed to developing equipment for Functional Capacity Evaluation Protocol and holds a patent for an apparatus designed for Physical Therapy Providers. Early in the career at Resource Partner, logistical and quality management duties were performed while also maintaining a contractor role at Falcon Roofing LLC, focused on both residential and industrial roofing. Education was obtained from Pittsburg State University.
