Zach Easey

Zach Easey is a Senior Software Development Engineer at Apptio, an IBM Company, since January 2024, bringing extensive experience from Amazon where Zach worked from June 2014 to March 2023 as a Software Development Engineer II and I. At Amazon, Zach contributed to various projects including the successful migration of a live database from Oracle to PostgreSQL, optimizing costs, and enhancing secure authorization processes for serverless systems. Earlier experience includes an internship as a Software Development Engineer at the ARA, focusing on simulation software and automated testing, as well as serving as a Mathematics Tutor at Valencia College, providing academic support in advanced math subjects.
