Twinkle Patel has over 18 years of experience in HR system implementations and process improvement. As a Human Resources leader, she is responsible for developing and managing streamlined processes globally aligned to Human Capital Management (HCM). Twinkle has a comprehensive understanding of functional HR processes and works with various teams across the organization in planning and day to day optimization of Apptium’s Talent. She wears many hats in her current role and enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking in HCM, operations support and helping the organization be successful. Twinkle’s background in ‘big 4’ consulting allows her to bring a creative, yet strategic approach to her work.​
