Mackenzie Silvia

Mackenzie Silvia is a Customer Success Manager at Apptopia. Prior to their current role, Mackenzie was a Mid-Market Client Coordinator at Detectify from April 2020 to February 2022. Mackenzie has also worked as a CX Cloud Consultant at Oracle from June 2019 to April 2020, where they assisted their team in developing strategies and solutions to enhance B2B and B2C customer experience. In their previous role as a Systems Intern - Technology Communications at Brown Brothers Harriman, Mackenzie was responsible for providing support to the Technology Communications team during the summer of 2018.

Mackenzie Silvia graduated from Newton North High School and went on to study Information Management and Technology at Syracuse University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science degree.
