James McCrary

James McCrary is currently the Director of Quality at Apptronik, where they are creating an ISO9001 quality structure that drives metrics and goals for a start-up transitioning from prototype to production. Previously, James held various leadership roles, including Director of Production Engineering and Quality at SunPower, where they developed global manufacturing strategies, and Senior Director of Test Architecture at Enphase Energy, where they significantly enhanced factory yields through strategic mentorship and development. James earned an Executive MBA from SMU and holds a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, as well as a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
