Toru Hirose

Toru Hirose is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in sales and account management within the advertising and tech industries. Currently serving as the Head of Japan at AppTweak since April 2024, Toru previously held the role of Senior Account Executive for Luna at Unity, where significant accomplishments included initiating Luna's market entry in Japan and establishing strategic partnerships that led to substantial revenue growth. Prior to Unity, Toru held positions at Magnite, where notable achievements included securing top sales positions among global branches and driving platform adoption among major publishers. Toru's earlier experience includes media buying at Rakuten Marketing, where a substantial increase in revenue from client accounts was achieved, and an analytics internship at Rakuten MediaForge. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and a minor in Political Science from the University of Utah, alongside studies at Waseda University.
