Ajay Viswanath

Ajay Viswanath is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical architecture and customer success. Currently serving as a Principal Architect and Customer Success Architect at AppViewX since February 2021, Ajay has previously contributed to VMware as a Staff Technical Support Engineer focusing on the Velocloud SD WAN Solution, and to Cisco as an escalation engineer for the HTTS Collaboration team. Earlier career roles include Senior Network Engineer at Eljay Engineering Pvt Ltd, where Ajay managed a team and handled escalated tickets, and Customer Support Executive at Aviva Global Services, providing support for UK customers and engaging in sales activities. Ajay holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Hindustan College of Engineering and a Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University.
