Karthic V

Karthic V has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Karthic started their career in 1998 as a Lead Engineer at HCL Technologies. Karthic then moved on to work at Aricent as an Engineering Project Manager, where they led a development team and managed resource ramp-up for delivering a product for GSM Networks. In 2008, they joined Novell as an Associate Senior Manager, leading a development team and collaborating with key customers to improve product adoption and customer satisfaction. In 2012, they joined Ericsson as a Senior Manager, where they worked on building a Design & Optimization platform for Telecommunication networks, leading global teams in India and ensuring quality testing. Karthic was later promoted to the role of General Manager - Software Engineering. In 2018, they joined AppViewX as VP of Product Engineering and was recently promoted to the position of Senior Vice President.

Karthic V completed their Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Computer Technology from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Karthic further pursued a Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) from the same institute, from 1995 to 1998.
