Swathi Madan

Swathi Madan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Swathi started their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from 2008 to 2011. Following that, they joined Bharti Airtel and served as the Head of HR for the KTN division from 2011 to 2019. After their tenure at Bharti Airtel, they joined KGiSL as the Head of the Talent Management Group from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Swathi Madan holds the position of Director - HR at AppViewX, starting from June 2023.

Swathi Madan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering at Government College of Technology, Coimbatore, from 2002 to 2006. Swathi then pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) with a specialization in Human Resources at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Swathi has obtained certifications in "Creating a High Performance Culture" and "Learning Design Thinking: Lead Change in Your Organization" from Lynda.com in January 2019.
