Mark Roe has extensive experience in IT and automation, most recently serving as Manufacturing IT and Automation Director at Appvion from October 2012 to February 2025. In this role, Mark developed application, system, and process maps while analyzing technology and asset-related risks. Previous positions at Appvion include Team Leader for Support Services, managing offshore Help Desk and Security Teams, and PC Support Services Coordinator, where important responsibilities included managing SCCM servers, desktop virtualization, and Active Directory. Additionally, Mark served as Supervisor of IT Field Services at ThedaCare from October 2022 to March 2023 and worked at UW-Green Bay as a Computer Acquisitions, Allocations, and Inventory Manager, overseeing a substantial inventory of computers and managing a student team for replacements. Mark holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from North Central College.
