Josh Akers is the Founder and Managing Director of AKERS Advisors, an advisory firm focused on the HR Tech industry since April 2014. With over 25 years of experience in HR Technology and WorkTech, Akers is committed to helping clients navigate evolving employment landscapes. In addition to leading AKERS Advisors, Akers serves as a Strategic Advisor for CollabWORK and AppyHere, and is a Founding Member of the WorkTech Accelerator Cohort & Community. Advisory roles include positions with OfferUp, Wedge, Change State, GLG, Merify, and Cnect. Akers holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in 1998.
