Michael Brooks has been working in the industry since 2015. Michael began their career at Greene King as Deputy Manager, a role in which they were second in command of a busy hotel, bar and restaurant in Towcester. Michael's role required him to plan and execute business meetings and weddings, manage the business ledger, and order and manage food, liquor, and disposable stock. In 2017, they began working at Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) as a Senior Sales Support Advisor and Sales Support Advisor. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Success Executive at AppyWay, a position they have held since 2022.

Michael Brooks completed a Foundation degree in Computer Science at the University of Essex. Prior to this, they attended Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School.
