Carol Ly

Carol Ly is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a People Operations Generalist at AppZen since November 2021, following a progression of roles within the Rakuten companies. Prior to this, Carol held positions as Sr. HR Coordinator and Human Resources Coordinator at Rakuten Americas and Rakuten Rewards, respectively. Carol began a career in HR as a Recruiting Coordinator at Rakuten and has also worked as an ABA Behavioral Therapist, Assistant Manager, and Brand Representative in retail environments. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological Sciences, Carol has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive environments, enhancing both employee engagement and customer satisfaction throughout various roles.
