Dan Shearer

Dan Shearer has extensive experience in customer success and data analysis, currently serving as a Strategic Customer Success Manager at AppZen since July 2018. Previous roles at AppZen include Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Customer Success Manager, Data Analyst Manager, and Data Analyst. Before joining AppZen, Dan worked as a Senior Project Coordinator at MedSpan Research from August 2016 to July 2018, and held the position of Benefits Verification Specialist 2 at CVS Health from February 2015 to August 2016. Dan's early career includes a role as a Student Assistant at Illinois State University in late 2011. Dan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Illinois State University, attained between 2010 and 2012, and an Associate of Science from McHenry County College, completed from 2008 to 2010.
