Gaoxin Dai

Gaoxin Dai is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in developing sophisticated systems and tools. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at AppZen since July 2020, Gaoxin previously held roles at eBay, including MTS1 Software Engineer, where significant contributions included the development of an event-driven workflow engine in Go and a query language parser for Kubernetes in JavaScript. Prior to this, experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer involved creating a Traffic Management tool and a tech refresh management tool, both utilizing Django/Python. Earlier career stages included internships at Shanghai Electric Group Co., Ltd, China Unicom, and DONGFANG ELECTRIC CORPORATION, where foundational skills in engineering and project management were developed. Academically, Gaoxin earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
