TJ White is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in AI and data platforms, currently serving as Director of Data and AI Platform at AppZen since August 2017. In this role, TJ leads a team of 8 engineers, focusing on the architecture of Generative AI products that leverage Large Language Models and Retrieval Augmented Generation techniques. Prior to this, TJ held multiple positions at AppZen, including Distinguished Engineer, where management of AI engineering teams and the development of a serverless ML inference platform took place, and Data Science Lead, overseeing significant initiatives in AI/ML and scaling the data science team.
