Jennifer Burch is a Training Practice Lead who oversees the development, maintenance, and delivery of training and certification products and projects at APQC. Previously, Jennifer worked at Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc. from 2013 to 2021 as a Lead Instructional Design Writer, LMS Administrator, and Trainer, where they implemented new hire training and managed various training initiatives. With earlier experience as a Mortgage Loan Specialist and Coordinator in the mortgage industry, Jennifer has a strong background in both project management and training design. Jennifer earned their degree from the University of Houston-Downtown between 2009 and 2013.
