Welcome to ApricityEQ!

ApricityEQ is a social enterprise dedicated to transforming how individuals, teams, and organizations understand and engage with emotional intelligence (EQ), psychological safety, and equity-centered leadership

Unlike traditional for-profit startups, we are built with a dual mission: to deliver innovative tools and training for emotional growth while driving social impact

The heart of our work is the REAL Framework, which provides an easy and flexible approach to developing EQ that centers around these four processes: Reflect, Evaluate, Adjust, and Lead

We envision a world where EQ and equity are not afterthoughts, but foundational elements of personal, professional, and community life

Our co-founder and CEO, Nathan Ross, brings this vision to life with both professional expertise and lived experience - Adopted from foster care, he spent 13 years working in child welfare leadership - His personal journey and professional background shaped ApricityEQ’s mission and vision

If any of this resonates with you, then follow us and reach out if you have any questions about how you can join us along on the journey ahead!
