Arianda

Arianda, S.Psi is a Human Resources Business Partner at APRIL Fiber Plantation in Pangkalan Kerinci, where they focus on talent and performance management. An alumnus of Universitas Sumatera Utara, Arianda earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field. Previously, they held HRBP roles at Asia Pacific Rayon and Asia Pacific Yarn, where they managed various HR functions including performance appraisal and organizational development. Arianda also served as the Human Resources Coordinator at Unigraha Hotel, overseeing recruitment and HR operations.
