Nandya Thomas Eulia is currently a Reliability Maintenance Trainee at APRIL, where responsibilities include mastering maintenance department data and analyzing lubrication failures to enhance equipment performance. Previously, Nandya served as an Engineer Development Trainee, focusing on integrated production processes and fostering team collaboration. Experience also includes a Mechanical Engineering Internship at HANIL JAYA STEEL, where strategies to reduce material wastage were implemented, and a role as a Teaching Assistant at Universitas Kristen Petra, supporting students in technical drawing and 3D modeling.
