Stevanus Sim is a Talent Acquisition Lead at APRIL, one of the world's leading pulp and paper companies, bringing over 6 years of experience in human resources with a focus on recruitment, sourcing, and employee relations. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Sanata Dharma University, Stevanus has a solid foundation in human behavior and motivation, which informs their strategic approach to talent acquisition. Since joining APRIL in 2019, Stevanus has successfully recruited and onboarded hundreds of candidates while leading a team of 8 specialists and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
