Susan Patrick is a Senior UX Designer in the Martech industry, currently working at Aprimo since December 2020. Previously, Susan was a Lead User Experience Designer in the E-commerce / Supply Chain Industry at eBay Enterprise Fulfilment GmbH. Susan also has experience as a Website Manager in the banking industry and as a UX Researcher & Usability Analyst in the insurance industry. Susan graduated from the University of Cincinnati with an Associate of Arts degree.
