Previously, they served as Managing Director and Experience Leader at RSM US LLP, and held various roles at Larson Gross CPAs & Consultants, including Director of Operations and Director of Marketing. With over 20 years of experience in leadership development and organizational health, Aaron has also worked as a Consultant, Business Analyst, and Executive Coach at Palmer & Associates. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Western Washington University.
