Barbara Connell

Barbara Connell, PMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Government Contracting at Aprio since January 2023, following a brief tenure as Project Manager at Aronson in late 2022 due to the firm’s merger with Aprio. With extensive experience in government contracting, Barbara built a solid foundation through various roles at Change Healthcare and Aronson LLC, focusing on GSA Schedule contract administration, compliance, and the Service Contract Act. Barbara's earlier experience includes managing GSA proposals at Design To Delivery Inc. and a marketing internship that involved identifying government business opportunities. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Penn State University and participated in a Semester at Sea program through the University of Virginia.
