Jeff Duncan

Jeff Duncan is a Partner and Technical Accounting Consulting Leader at Aprio, where since September 2014, efforts have concentrated on assisting founders in securing financing while preparing companies for both public and private audits. Duncan has held various leadership roles within Aprio, including Director and Sr. Manager, providing technical accounting consulting and staff augmentation services aimed at helping CFOs meet strategic objectives. Areas of expertise include ASC 606 revenue recognition, ASC 842 lease accounting, share-based compensation, impairment testing, and financial statement preparation under US GAAP and IFRS. Prior experiences include positions at BDO USA, LLP as a Senior Auditor, managing audit engagements and ensuring compliance; Cox Enterprises leading internal audits; and Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Auditor. Jeff Duncan earned a B.A. in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Morehouse College in 2004.
