Laura Walker

Laura Walker is the VP and General Counsel at Aprio. Prior to their current role, Laura served as the Assistant General Counsel - Americas at DSV from January 2017 to June 2020. In this role, Laura was responsible for providing legal support to DSV's operations in the Americas. Laura also served as Senior Commercial Counsel at GE Transportation from November 2010 to November 2015, where they negotiated complex commercial agreements for technology transactions, addressed corporate governance matters and mitigated commercial disputes, and advised senior business leadership on strategy and managing legal risk. Laura began their career as Counsel at International Power America, Inc. from April 2008 to October 2010.

Laura Walker has a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science from Wellesley College. Laura also attended Wellesley High School.
